Adam Paoli

Adam Paoli, Sr., CLU, is the founder and lead financial strategist of Coltiva Wealth Planning Partners. He graduated from Northwestern University with a bachelor of arts in psychology and a minor in business institutions, and earned his CLU designation from The American College and his certificate in entrepreneurship from Babson College. Adam was recently awarded with the 2016 Financial Professional of the Year Award from Penn Mutual and the 2016 Millennial Advisor Award from The American College.

With over 12 years of client advising experience, Adam’s mission is to be his clients’ ‘life adviser’ by helping them with not only financial issues but connecting them to trusted resources in other related and non-related professions. Adam works with families, small business owners and professional athletes to establish retirement planning goals, and he educates his clients on the tools that will best fulfill those goals. His practice focuses on wealth management and protection planning, and he also advises on concepts to protect assets and generated income by using many different insurance and protection tools.

In a previous blog post, it was noted that the average adviser is over age 50 and approaching retirement within the next ten years. We are going to see many of those practices needing to be transitioned and eventually succeeded, and Millennials like myself are well-positioned to take advantage of that.
