Alida Moose

Alida Moose is Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, of the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company. As a member of the Executive Team, Ms. Moose is responsible for defining and implementing human resource strategies and programs for Penn Mutual and HTK that aligned with the company’s culture and values while also providing counsel to business areas.

Previously, she was Vice President, Producer & Client Services. In this role, she was responsible for a variety of operations for Penn Mutual’s life and annuity lines of business including sales and service contact centers, back office service processing, new business, lock box services, death claims, document management center, forms and fulfillment management, client mailings and new hire training.

Ms. Moose has over 26 years of experience in the insurance industry and has spent the last 15 years with Penn Mutual. She is known to be a catalyst for major cultural and process changes resulting in operational excellence.
Ms. Moose has earned an Associate of Customer Service (ACS) certification and a doctoral degree in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University.
