Frank Howell
Regional Director, Gulf States Region
Frank Howell began his career in the life insurance industry more than 25 years ago. He served as Senior Vice President of Annuity Distribution and previously as Senior Vice President of Sales Support Operations at Penn Mutual before becoming a Regional Director for the company’s Independence Financial Network. He has been involved in all facets of life insurance, including personal production, wholesaling and distribution management.
Frank holds the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations from The American College. In addition, he received the Masters in Management from The American College in 2006. He has also earned his Series 24, 7, 6 and 63 licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
