Helen Rennie

Helen Rennie is Vice President of Adviser and Client Services at Penn Mutual. She is responsible for all aspects of administration, with a focus on providing a personalized experience to advisers and individual life and annuity clients. Most recently, Helen was Vice President of Life Operations with Guardian. Previously, she worked at several other financial services companies in a variety of service and marketing roles. Helen has her Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and her MBA from Boston University.

Celebrating Customer Service, and Preparing for the Accelerated Client Experience

We are passionate about customer service here at Penn Mutual. Because of that, we are also passionate about Customer Service Week. The theme this year is “Building Trust,” which is very important to us. This is a nationwide event , but we work hard to make it our own. The work we do in Adviser & Client Services and other areas of the company is taking on even more importance with the recent launch of Penn Mutual’s accelerated client experience.
