Michael Dunne

Michael Dunne has been with Penn Mutual since June 2008 and currently serves as the assistant vice president of the Independence Financial Network. He has been in the life insurance industry for 22 years and is experienced in personal production, sales management, business to business relationship management and training and development.

Prior to joining Penn Mutual, Michael was a national accounts manager with The Hartford and built and managed a life sales desk for Phoenix Life Insurance Company.

In his current role, Mike works closely with the vice president to support the company’s 12 regional offices as they call on independent advisers.

Mike received his Bachelor of Science from the Emerson College in Boston and holds his CLU designation from The American College. He also holds a series 7, 24, 6, 63 and his Life and Health insurance license in the state of Pennsylvania. He is active in AALU, NAIFA, WIFS and The American College Alumni Association.

Mike and his wife Helen live in the Chestnut Hill neighborhood of Philadelphia with their two golden retrievers, who they rescued in 2009.
