Head of Career Agency System
Heather Nagengast leads the career agency system at Penn Mutual. She oversees operations and is responsible for practice management, field training and development, and business development. Her track record of proactively fostering long-term trusted relationships with strategic partners, top advisor groups and employees has propelled her success over more than 20 years of financial leadership experience. Prior to Penn Mutual, she served as President of Ameritas Investment Company/Ameritas Advisory Services, the broker-dealer and registered investment advisor (RIA) of Ameritas.
Heather received her bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She holds her FINRA Series 7, 24 and 53 securities licenses and Nebraska insurance license.
