Joe Brunello
Director of Training and Development, Leap Systems
Joe is the Director of Training and Development for Leap Systems. Since joining Leap in 2019, he has redesigned the training curriculum and the delivery of training to better suit financial professionals who are using the Leap software. He is in constant contact with the field professionals and leaders, and is always looking for ways to improve the user experience.
Joe has extensive experience in curriculum design, product and concept training, and practice development. He is a graduate of John Carroll University with a degree in Economics and has been Leap licensed since the inception of his career in 2004. Joe has received many notable awards throughout his career including; New Advisor of the Year, Target Producer, Platinum Advisor, and the Penn Mutual Award of Excellence in 2017.
Joe lives in Cleveland, Ohio with his wife of 14 years Ashlee, and three children Santino, Silvio, and Sofia. He is a volunteer coach for football and baseball, while also supporting various other groups for parents with special needs children. Joe is a huge fan of the Cleveland Browns, Indians, Cavs and the Buckeyes.
