Lisa Davis
Managing Partner, 1847Financial
As Managing Partner at 1847Financial, Lisa oversees the growth and
development of the firm and its 100+ advisors. She is passionate about the
value of teaming and creating a strong workplace culture, as well as coaching
advisors on building a thriving practice through target marketing strategies,
client cultivation and new business opportunities. In addition, she has played a
key role in facilitating the expansion the firm’s footprint from Conshohocken,
Pennsylvania, into Delaware, New Jersey, and most recently, Florida.
Lisa’s areas of expertise include practice development and management,
marketing, and operations. She is a sought-after speaker among industry
organizations, has been featured in local publications for her thought
leadership, and was a guest on This Is It TV. Active in the industry, Lisa is also a
member of GAMA and Women in Financial Services and is an advocate for
supporting and engaging The American College of Financial Services. She
currently serves on several committees, including the Jewish Federation of
Greater Philadelphia and the American Heart Association.
Lisa holds a Master of Science in Management degree from The American
College. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree from the Cornell
University School of Hotel Administration in New York with a concentration in
business. Lisa joined 1847Financial in 2012 and became its Managing Director
in 2015. Promoted to the role of Managing Partner in 2020, she and Co-
Managing Partner Jim Meehan will support the agency vision and continue
build the 1847Financial brand.
Prior to joining the firm, Lisa was a partner with FACTS, LLC, responsible for
business and brand development under the umbrella of Delaware Valley
Financial Group.
