Meg Muldoon is an Assistant Vice President of Advanced Sales with The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company. In her position, she offers comprehensive case design, technical, marketing, and educational support to Penn Mutual’s field management, producers, independent broker dealer partners, and third party financial professionals on matters pertaining to estate and charitable planning, business succession planning, selective employee benefits, and qualified retirement plan distribution strategies.
Ms. Muldoon possesses a J.D., an LL.M. in taxation, a B.S. in Business Administration, and related experience as an attorney in the financial services industry (since 1993). Additionally, Ms. Muldoon was an adjunct professor in the tax program at Suffolk University Law School, teaching Federal Estate and Gift Tax for over ten years. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Associations (sections on Taxation, and Probate and Trusts). She is admitted to practice before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, the United States District Court, and The United States Supreme Court.
